Why I choose to skate Riedell:
I skate Riedell because I think it's cool and it just feels like home. They provide the best maneuverability when it comes to the dance skate moves I like to do. (Rhythm/jam Skating)
It was at my first RollerCon in 2013 I had my first hopes and dreams of possibly becoming a Riedell Sponsored skater. Then I saw the Riedell vs Antiks game that same year and was sold. I was like "I wear Riedells, how can I play?"
Where I come from Riedell is easily known to be the best skate boots in the business. I've always skated in them growing up. In addition, my dad always says a billion good things about his Riedell skates and their products. Me skating for Riedell makes him proud. All and all Riedell is simply the best brand I know and feel I could represent quite well. I am appreciative of this opportunity to do so.
If you were stranded on island that luckily had a skating rink, other than your Riedell skates, what is one item that you would want to have with you?
I have to have my music!
What motivates you to be the best skater you can be?
Nowadays it’s about keeping active, spreading the knowledge, and bringing smiles to skaters all over.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
I’m not really sure.
Which 3 individuals, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most?
Jaleel White (known as Steve Urkel), Spice Adams (Anthony Adams), and KevonStage
If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
"Confessions of a Workaholic Traveling Skater!" Why? I think I do a fairly decent job of juggling all my different jobs and managing to skate and travel all at the same time. The book would reveal the good, the bad, and the ridiculousness. I have a ton of stories to tell, I think it would be hilarious.
At practice, what is one skating maneuver you are currently working on to get better at?
Left foot hockey stops! (for the 9th year in a row)
