Why I choose to skate Riedell:
For me, Riedell has always been the highest quality and most reliable skates. They are hard wearing and always perform well under all the pressure I put them under, and they look fantastic. Over the years I’ve been wearing Riedell, they are always pushing to innovate the different elements of the skate – whether it’s the more responsive Arius plates or the unique Halo wheels. My feet just love Riedell skates!

If I could only skate in one place for the rest of my life, it would be:
I absolutely loved skating in Key Arena in Seattle. The crowd was great, the atmosphere was electric, there was a jumbotron and dry ice, and One Direction have played there before too!

My personal motto:
Life is a rollercoaster, just gotta ride it.

My favorite music to jam out to:
Any 90s pop music, particularly girl and boy bands. Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Take That, S Club 7, all of that good stuff.

3 words to describe me:
Glittery. Food. Beast.

3 fun facts that most people don't know about me:
  • I was in a Spice Girls tribute band at university.
  • I’ve roller skated in a few music videos including a Pet Shop Boys one.
  • I bloody love Disney parks.
Someone I admire and why:
I admire all of the London Rollergirls who pushed the league onto the international stage back in the day. Back then, we were on our own, trying to figure out how to play roller derby, in a British culture that doesn’t traditionally roller skate, in a roller derby community that didn’t see how it could exist outside North America. It was such an incredible achievement, to crack into Regionals in 2011, and a big step towards the international roller derby that we see today.
